WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your order please let us know and you are welcome to return the item within the Shop JNC Warranty Coverage. Please note that tax and shipping is non-refundable. A 20% re-stocking/processing fee will be applied to all returns. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order please email shopjnchicago@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled at any time with a 5% cancellation fee before your item has shipped. Please email shopjnchicago@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. Once the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

DO YOU OFFER MORE THAN ONE OF ANY USED ITEM?

Each product listing from our Royal Pawn Collection is a one and done deal. Meaning we only have one of the item. So if you can Add the item to your cart, it is available for purchase. What you see in the pictures is what you get.

HOW DO WE PRICE OUR ITEMS FOR SALE?

We check eBay sold listings. Using this technique we can see what an item sells for not just what it's listed at. Then we beat out those prices so you get an amazing deal.

HOW DOES A PAWN SHOP HAVE NEW, SEALED ITEMS FOR SALE?

A few reasons behind this. Unfortunately, people hit hard times and need cash to pay off bills and expenses. They will purchase goods with a credit card and then make a loan to a pawn shop in hopes to buy it back within the 60 day time period. If they don’t come back, the goods are then owned by the pawn shop. Another reason is people will purchase goods, don’t use them, and then they can’t return them. They will then sell the goods to the pawn shop, which then becomes owner of the goods. Also Royal Pawn Shop buys out other stores which will have new and used goods. They also work with wholesale distributors.

IS THERE A RISK BUYING A NEW OR USED ITEM FROM US?

No absolutely not. We don’t want our customers to feel like they are taking a risk when buying goods from us. We wouldn’t want that for ourselves. We pass along this assurance that if there are any issues with your purchased goods within the 30-day warranty period, we will pay for return shipping. No harm done.
